WHEN SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS?

Founder of HypnoBirthing®, Marie Mongan recommends start preparing as early as 12 weeks.  There is a lot to learn to and this approach to birth takes dedication and practice. That being said, it is never too late in your pregnancy to start if this is the experience you want.  Most parents begin classes between 20 and 30 weeks.  When you join class, you will not only receive in-class, hands-on practice time, but you will be provided with a recommended take-home study program and all the support materials to do so.  Stork to Swaddle provides classes almost every month throughout the calendar year and details can be found here: https://www.storktoswaddle.com/hypnobirthing-classes/

Look forward to seeing in class!
