The inspired Birth Circle presented by Holistic Birth Pros will have you leaving feeling connected to yourself, your baby and a village of peeps who are here to support you on this wild parenting journey. This workshop will be full of answers to all those questions you have as a pregnant or new mom. We’re going to help you spiral inward and discuss our intuition, doulas, sleep those first few weeks and that golden hour after birth.

I am Jenny, founder of the NH Mama & Baby Expo. I'm also a senior midwifery, prenatal yoga teacher, doula, childbirth educator, business & life coach, and mother of five boys. Through my unique prenatal yoga classes, natural birth education, and support before, during & after birth, I have been able to witness hundreds of families have inspired natural births.
I have worked with Midwives attending home and birth center births throughout NH and have attended hospital births from Manchester to Littleton and all towns in between. These experiences have shown me how amazing & strong women are and how important it is to arm yourself with information that leaves you feeling inspired and empowered!
I am so excited to launch some online programs in 2020 to include OnDemand Childbirth Education classes and advanced trainings for Birth Professionals all from the comfort of your own home!
Holistic Birth & Beyond
Hi, I'm Allison. I am a birth and postpartum doula, Birth Story Listener and Certified Lactation Educator in-training. I am very passionate about women's health, the birth journey and supporting families.
I have always felt empowered by the women around me, and passing on that strength and support to other women is very special to me. Mothers and babies have been a passion of mine since I was young. The very first birth I witnessed was at a maternity clinic in Palampur, India a few years ago. This beautiful moment set my heart on fire and confirmed my passion for mothers and their babies. I have been blessed with my experience with infants and mothers, as I work as an LNA in the Special Care Nursery (Level II NICU). My doula training began in August of 2017, and I continue to attain different skills and experiences.
Providing warmth and unconditional love for mothers, their partners and the family as a whole is an honor. Being part of such a vulnerable, intimate experience is extraordinary and something I truly cherish. I am observant, compassionate, resourceful and attentive. I live in Goffstown, New Hampshire with my family. When I'm not at a birth or meeting with clients, you can find me spending time with my family, friends and houseplants

Hi, I’m Casey. I am a certified NICU nurse and IBCLC, as well as a mother, wife and student - the list goes on. My varied educational background in child development, nursing, public health and lactation has always lead me back to my true love of caring for families. My main focus has been and always will be to care for moms, babies and their support people in my role as a nurse, lactation consultant, and educator. I am also incredibly passionate about caring for infants in the NICU and making sure that those mothers are supported holistically, not just in their effort to breastfeed. There is truly nothing I love more than supporting families to achieve their parenting and breastfeeding goals! I make it a point to meet each family wherever they are on their parenting journey and assist them with breastfeeding in any way, shape or form that works for them!
Bella Luna Sleep Consulting
Hi, I’m Christine Brown, founder of Bella Luna Family, a parent consulting company! Our mission is to educate, support and coach families through their parenting journey so the entire family can be happy, healthy and well rested.
When my twin boys were 6 months old, my husband and I were exhausted from sleepless nights and short naps. We knew something needed to change so we looked for local help, but came up empty handed. We ended up teaching our boys healthy sleep habits, but we would have loved to have support from someone to be able to answer our questions and understand the challenges we were experiencing.
From our struggle with sleep, a sleep obsession and a passion to help families was ignited in me. I successfully completed the Family Sleep Institute’s child sleep consultant training program and Bella Luna Sleep Consulting was born! To better support families, I achieved a certified lactation counselor certification in 2018 and a child behavior coach certification in early 2019. I am currently working on an adult sleep certification as well.
When I’m not coaching clients individually, you can find me at Mom groups talking all things baby or presenting at family centered events. In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my family, date night with my hubby, Jeff or stretching myself out on my yoga mat.
We will also have other meet ups, circles and workshops all day!

Babywearing Meet-Up!
Lakes Region Babywearers is a growing nonprofit focusing on bringing caregivers and children together through babywearing. We support new and veteran babywearers in finding a fit and a carrier that will meet their needs, including hands free breastfeeding, tandem wearing, and toddler or special needs wearing. LRBW encourages community members to "try before they buy" by offering affordable lending library loans. Meetings are hosted at least once every month, are open and free to the public.

Hello, I am Stephanie Sylvia Costello and I am a future Certified Sexual Educator. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health; a minor in Sociology, Human Services and Criminal Justice. I am an Independent Consultant of Pure Romance. Our mission is to provide a safe place for individuals to explore intimacy and relationship enhancement. I am a mom of three beautiful children. I was diagnosed with PTSD after I had my second child. This led me to dive deep and learn how to find peace in my life. Over the past almost 4 years, my journey has allowed me to help many amazing individuals reconnect with themselves, their partners, children or any relationship in their life. After working in the mental health field for 8 years, I realized there is so much more to be taught and learned. Pregnancy is a huge shift in every partnership. Society does not readily offer information on how to continue to be intimately connected in a partnership while experiencing the joys of pregnancy. This workshop will give valuable tools, education and guidance on managing this stage of your life that will be helpful postpartum as well.
Birth Cottage NH
Adrian is a Certified Professional Midwife and New Hampshire Certified Midwife who lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and 3 children. Adrian has been involved with birthing families since 1992 as a midwife, doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor.
She is the founder and owner of The Birth Cottage of Milford. Adrian trained at The Birth Center in Dearborn, Michigan and also at Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica, both of which served diverse cultural and ethnic populations of childbearing families.
During her studies for a BS in Community and Human Services with a Concentration in Maternal and Perinatal Health through the State University of New York, Adrian's work was featured in a variety of publications.
Adrian was appointed by the Governor to sit on the NH Midwifery Council, the state's and was licensing and regulatory board, and was the Chair of the Council for 10 years. She has been instrumental in lobbying for legislation regarding insurance reimbursement for midwives in the state.
Adrian also served on the Midwives Alliance of North America (MANA) as a board member for 6 years. Adrian is an adjunct faculty member of Birthwise Midwifery School, and continues to teach her art to others.

Birthwise Midwifery School
Birthwise Midwifery School is an accredited institution founded in 1994 in Bridgton, Maine. Birthwise offers a 3-year midwiferycertificate program, a 14-month midwifery assistant program, and Doula Training workshops. Student financial aid is available through the Federal Student Financial Aid program as well as two institutional scholarships. The program is accredited by the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council and licensed by the Maine Department of Education and the New Hampshire Department of Education. International students are eligible to enroll.
